Sonic Drive-In

"Did a online order for pickup. Waited for 37 minutes at a stall. Went inside to ask about my food. Food was sitting there. Then 2 of my drinks were not right and all of them were watered down due to seating for so long."

"Do not waste your time coming here late at night. You will not get service go somewhere else. You will waste your time waiting in line and will not get any food... Complete waste of time.....While waiting in line for over 50 minutes.. more than 30 of which we were at the speaker saying hello several times we did not get any service. We did not get a hello. We did not get a hold on just a second....We did not get a we did not get anything not a noise out of the speaker....and we arrived an hour before closing time. When we went to the window because it was about closing time by this time after waiting, almost almost an hour in line at the speaker... We were told they are closed. We were also told another excuse... And that They cannot take any more orders and they are closed... I asked why they didn't announce that on the speaker when we were saying hello. Hello several times they claimed they did. However, they did not, and if they did. There was a person in front of us who seemed to get their order And we pulled up right behind them on the speaker and didn't hear anything from the speaker at all. Literally nothing, so there was no warning or notification that they were closed even though they lied and said that they said it several times... And again we were waiting at the speaker Over half an hour before it was closed. This is very unprofessional... Sonic was rude about it on top of that... Don't waste your time coming here late at night. You will wait in line and not even get service. Go somewhere else."

"If I'm going to enjoy a fast food burger, it's Sonic with tator tots. We both enjoy the blasts for an occasional treat. Service has been good every time. It's a nice place, not crowded during off times when we go."

"Did an online order. 2 hours before closing time. Spent 60 minutes at a stall, never got food, even 30 minutes after the screen said order completed. 20 people went through the drive thru while only 3-4 people were served at the stalls. No one would answer the stalls or the phone. Lobby doors were locked so I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru just to cancel my order. I wasn't hungry any more and it was getting late. Then the people at the store can't do a refund for online orders. So I spent 15 minutes on the phone the next day getting a refund from customer service."
