"Charged me $32 JUST 12 chicken (6 legs included) with NO sides and biscuits. I couldn’t believe it so I researched online and found out that the cashier charged me for the price of 12 pcs chicken with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Attachment photo left over chicken pcs."
"I placed an order through Drive thru. I went back inside to let them know that there was barely any mashed potatoes and it was mainly gravy. The gal in the front desk instead of looking a the bowl that I brought back inside just said “ Well you get 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, 3 scoops of gravy and 5 pieces of chicken” I understand what makes the order but it does not necessarily mean that is what was done especially if I am showing what the bowl looks like. At that moment I retrieved myself from having to explain myself further and walked away."
"Walk in and there were 2 customers dining in, 1 at the register waiting for their order. One employee serving the drive Thur and the other who know what they are doing. I was told I would be help 4 times by 2 different employee and that’s when I decided to walk out! Tom chicken shack has better food and better service. These chains restaurants have gotten to be the worst customer service I have ever witness!!"
"I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal. Since when does a 3 inch drumstick or a 2 inch thigh qualify as a piece of chicken! 4 of the 8 pieces could fit in my hand at the same time and the biscuits and chicken were over cooked. Didn't give me a receipt either. $33.58 wasted!"
"Poor service I stood and waited over 15 minutes no one said anything to me let alone ask can they take my order this place has no respect for customers standing at the register to place a order I am watching the crew on the phone Walking around chatting with themselves instead of serving customers POOR Time to attend to customers I never was served I walk out And top it off the place is empty why did it takes so long to be acknowledged I made plenty of noise .The crew just did not care"
