Everytime I try to make an order either inside or through the drive thru, they always either mess up the order or forget certain items I ordered, which in turn causes me to turn back around and go back the store. I rather go the extra mile and go to the taco bell on Florida ave next to the hobby lobby than ever go to this place again. It's so bad, they don't even know how to properly wrap a damn taco to prevent it spilling itself out in the bag."
"I wanted to try the new dipping tacos and this is what I was served. I audibly scoffed thinking this was a joke that they saw the amount of meat they put on there and served it like that. Reached out for support on the app and I guess corporate doesn’t want to own up to the fact that they are okay with stores charging you $5 for table scraps with cheese. Don’t advertise new foods if you’re going to serve customers this."

The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the menu featured a variety of delicious options. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by an employee named Angel. Angel greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to explain the different menu items and answer any questions I had. He was patient and attentive, making sure that my order was accurate and prepared to my liking. His friendly and personable demeanor made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. In addition to his great customer service skills, Angel also demonstrated a strong work ethic. He was efficient and organized in his duties, ensuring that the restaurant ran smoothly and all customers were served on time. His dedication to his job and his positive attitude were truly impressive. Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was excellent, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Angel. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional customer service."
