"I live by this taco bell and it's typically just OK but recently it's really gone down hill. Today they forgot two items in my order, and everything else was cold when I received it. Which is weird because I was the only person in line when I arrived. I only order 6 items total and two they forgot. I also only live 5 minutes away so the fact my food is literally cold is quite concerning. Probably best to avoid this taco bell at this point in regards to a health concerns"
"My 2 soft shells tacos were way overpriced - 3.98 for the two. Almost double the price (before tax) at a location an hour away (1.29 each). And... they were not that good. Call me crazy, but I prefer hot tacos. This was at a KFC/Taco Bell combo location..."
"This is the second attempt because this is my local Taco Bell that I have tried to get food today is Saturday it’s 1020 and they say they have no KFC asked for a party box because they said Taco Bell only and they said they didn’t have enough meat usually I don’t do this kind of thing However not even a week ago tried to come get some Chalupa’s waited 20 minutes only had one car in front of us for the speaker box never moved an inch really need to work on supplies and customer service cause even when you do get an answer there’s no empathy even or customer service friendly last time they are family will go here"

"The worst drive through experience I’ve had in a long time. The lady in front of me waited 10 minutes to get someone to answer her. She rolled down her window and asked us (the car behind her what was going on.) we had two different people try to take our order over the intercom and it took several attempts to order 2 items. YALL this was an almost 30 minute wait time for two items of food and there were two cars (us and the other car) in line. I didn’t get a receipt and we’ve never seen Taco Bell food that looked the way it did. Weird. Not going back to this location."
