"My husband and I went here for lunch today (1/9/24) and it was the best subway I’ve been to in my 37 years. I’ve been to many all over the US. It was not only the cleanest we have ever been to, but it also had the nicest employees. Will, and the others working with him today (I’m so sorry my husband asked their names but didn’t remember anyone’s name but Will’s) were so nice and kind and very efficient. I’ve been to many where the workers just didn’t care at all, had the worst attitudes, and were super sloppy while working. These guys today were great! ❤️"

"Management is this store was nasty. No bedside manners what so ever. She needs to better herself in managing customers. Never will i go again. I just paid almost $40 on 3 orders and the treatment was horrifying with the manager not the cashier."
"Customer Service is a thing of the past... With more than 15 mins time and a printed receipt from an online order, Clear Instructions, there is No Reason why I should have had to spend extra gas and extra time, to go all the way back due to the sandwiches being made wrong. What happened to taking pride in your work and doing everything possible to make sure the customer is happy? Certainly recommend not ordering online if you can help it, if you need to, just check the sandwiches when you pick them up."
