"Went through the drive through to get my son a happy meal, no big deal right? Boy was I wrong. I asked for a 4 piece nugget all fries. When we got home I opened the box to find someone else's meal a cheese burger and apple slices. Neither of which my 2 year old will eat."

"Just left their drive thru. (2/4/24 4:35PM Order 73) I requested upon ordering the my food be cooked to order. When I pulled up, they pretty much had my order ready at the window which was too quick for what I had asked for being there was no one waiting in line. I asked had they cooked everything (nuggets fresh, fries lightly salted and fresh and light tartar). to order and the young lady looked me in my face and lied and had the audacity to smile while doing so. Fries heavily salted, lukewarm and limp; heavy tarter on my fish fillet. They usually get it right and I happily wait for it, but this group today was just being lazy. There was literally no one there, so there’s no excuses. When I take the time to ask for something…any special requests, that’s what so expect. Terrible service…"

"This is pathetic. This sandwich was obviously just thrown together and was a complete mess. Also in the order was a vanilla iced coffee that had so much vanilla sweetener in it that I actually threw it out before I even left the parking lot. This isn't the first time at this location and the experience is still the same, poor ...."

"Makes absolutely no sense to me..... When the employees were making min wage ($8.50) service was fast and top notch. Now, they're getting $12+ an hour, the service has gone down hill. You know, when you place a normal order and are parked and all the spots are full from drive-thru being parked that somebody isn't doing their job! It's the norm now days but that doesn't mean it is right!"

"Stopped by for breakfast and was treated like family. Friendly drive-thru workers. Thanks to Shannon .. she's cute too.. for delivering a smile with my food, which was fresh and hot. I'm gonna make this my regular McDonald's. Must be a great bunch of managers."
