"The best customer service a customer could ask for go’s to Gi Gi. She is amazing and is always working hard to please us. She cares about the job and the people. Everyone should stride to be like Gi Gi. You will get a pleasant response. Gi Gi is the best manager that I have come across at a Taco Bell in years. Please promote her. Please take her up the ladder she is dedicated to the company and will make sure you have good customer service!!!!!! "Big shout out to STACY and her crew!!! We ordered on the mobile app, and when we arrived everything was fresh, fast! We werent even waiting 5 minutes via drive thru, with ordering additional Cinnabon delights, fresh, tasty, they never miss!"

"I feel they really stepped up their game because this went from an iffy restaurant to go to, to a highly recommended one. They did an excellent job on my order today, which is good because I've been wanting to pull away from the Taco Bell by the mall lately. With Wabash linked up to Fairbanks, this means I can easily make Taco Bell my go-to restaurant before hopping onto I-4 westbound. Keep up the excellent work."

"Hit or miss. If the manager named prince is there then you will be in and out quickly with your order accurate. If there is any other manager there you're gonna wait awhile and your order most likely won't be correct( for the most part). Management makes a HUGE difference and it's very obvious to see, who knows how to hold their role well and who does not. That being said I placed a order last week online. I arrived at 730 and did not leave with my food until 815. They were focused on the drive through and I went inside to pick up. They had my order ready and waiting for some of the time I waited but lack of communication between management and employees caused my order to sit and get cold. Manager remade my food and then threw some free taco coupons at me. If I went through drive through I bet that wouldn't have happened. I wasn't only customer who waited an extremely long time"

"I stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick bite. This was the first time I've eaten at this Taco Bell. When I went to get a drink, I noticed they did not have Dr Pepper (which was a bummer). I was going to drink Wild Cherry Pepsi, but they carbonation was very low, so it didn't taste good. I tried Pepsi, and it was the same thing. I ended up drinking Root Beer. I told a staff member and she tried it and noticed the same thing. They got it corrected pretty quickly. The food was hot and the tacos were good."
