"I ordered only one item on the mobile app drive thru and took forever to receive my drink. The people who were ordering in the drive thru were getting their food almost immediately. And none of the workers say my pleasure anymore. Their standard is starting to slip"
"Visited for lunch with my child and upon standing where the line is suppose to be I stood for about 10 mins before finding out they no longer do counter service and will just come up to you. How unprofessional and weird to just have a ton of people standing around not knowing which ones have ordered or not. Definitely a mess in itself. Do better"
"Super nice staff. Great manager running around sweet. But the breakfast egg chick on an English muffin was zero replication of the pic. I had to keep checking if there really was egg on it. I just saw white smears I'm assuming was egg. Quality needs upgrades. Reg. Chicken sandwich is still good."
"We love Chick-fil-A, historically, they’re on point 100% but this location has been failing to meet that expectation lately. Not great at remembering the ice cream orders. No straws in the bag… forgetting sides for meals… at this point I sit at the window until I’ve checked my whole order. If I catch it, they always make it right."
