"I went there three times during my stay and here are the pros and cons: Pros: great atmosphere with diff. seating areas variety of coffees and food good store hours Cons: orders are inconsistent (one of my Cappuccinos missed one Espresso shot), the PJ bagel was missing the jelly only paper cups - no china and paper plates for in-store customers the servers were not very attentive - I stood there waiting for my coffee and it was sitting there but nobody said a word."
