"I've waited too long before writing this, so I don't remember details, just our impressions. The waitress told us they're best known for their burgers, but we had the seafood and loved it. For an appetizer, we have very nice fried mushrooms. I had their soft-shell crabs, which were excellent, just what I expect from softies. My wife had scallops, which she described as "amazing...very good". We also had dessert (key lime pie for my wife "absolutely lovely", chocolate cake for me, I can't remember except that I had zero complaints). We left feeling like we'd really found a place to return, that if we stayed somewhere closer, we'd work through their menu."

"Hidden gem that is amazing. I almost don't want folks to know how great it is. Staff = awesome, food = amazing and price = fantastic. Heard I have to go for the prime rib (call ahead on Thursday's - they sell out). Thanks for an amazing evening."

"Excellent food, service was very friendly. Decently priced. Liked the atmosphere! Call ahead for Prime rib dinner on Thursdays, Fridays call for Prime rib sandwiches, Sunday call for special! We will be back, had blackened grouper dinner and a burger for me (not a seafood eater). Great burger! Might try the blackened chicken sandwich next visit and fried green tomatoes."

"Me and my wife (Ree) FINALLY decided to stop in here for lunch after several years of living close by and let me tell ya, I am SO glad we did. This is an absolute hidden gem that really does stand up to the saying "Diamond in the rough". A very large selection of foods (seafood and non-seafood) including some that you don't see everywhere else. We started with a huge helping of fried green tomatoes. My wife ordered the coconut shrimp and I went with the catfish filets. Everything came out nice and hot and was extremely good. Wife said the shrimp was some of the best she has ever had. The catfish did not lack either. Rather larger/thicker filets then I normally see and with their homemade batter, was very delicious. Our waitress, Shannon, was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made some suggestions, and even threw a little history in about the place. We will definitely be back and Fisherman's Cove is now added to our list of places to bring our friends and family when they come to visit!"

"Wonderful experience, great food and service. Pork Chops were juicy and perfectly cooked. Oh my goodness you should order the Sweet Potato side, beyond delicious! The fried green tomatoes were home made and not pre made, yum. Homemade hot bread with a mouth watering butter to start (don’t eat too much) was take home worthy. We could not eat any of the many homemade desserts so we took one to Go ! A return is in our future!"
