"My mother came here for an appointment and ended up waiting over 2 hours to be seen. My father came and was upset at staff as many other individuals who came after my mother were seen before her. My mother likely would’ve had to wait much longer had my father not said anything. Looking at the reviews now, it is evident that the center is aware of people being upset about the long wait times but is not currently doing anything to amend the situation. I’ve encouraged my parents to not return here for future services."

"I had to come in and physically drop off an order. Inconvenient but plausible. However, I have never heard of a place that takes 2 days after you have the order in hand to schedule an appointment. I have been on hold for 2.5 hours over the last two days trying to get ahold of someone to schedule this appointment. I checked the live feed before calling and the live says that they were slower than usual. So are the office staff just not answering the phone? I looked at the reviews and saw a phone number for the HR department and called that number because it's getting ridiculous and the HR department doesn't answer either. So what is the expectation of people who work that are trying to schedule a timely appointment?"

"Went for my yearly mammogram. I waited much longer than my appointment time and it’s good I didn’t get there early like they suggested. I was there for about an hour in a half after my appointment time. The person who did the mammogram was very friendly and did apologize for the wait, however, it wasn’t like it was only 15 minutes of a wait. It was much longer and rather than complaining to her, I am writing this review. My insurance only covered this place for mammogram but my new insurance has other places. I will NOT be going back. My sister also just went there the other day, and also had to wait at least an hour. She was getting ready to leave but they finally called her. I told her I would do the review for the both of us. She is also not going back. This is just unacceptable to wait so long for a simple yearly mammogram. It’s obvious they have some internal problems, whether lack of staff, or too many bookings. Whatever it is, they need to change asap, or they will be losing a lot of patients besides my sister and I."

"Lady at front desk was very rude. My husband had an appointment at 1pm we arrived early as requested. At 1:40pm he was called after I asked why the lobby had turned over twice while we were ignored. When I went to the front desk for the 3rd time the lady in a very loud voice said “Here we go”. She said, he’s up next and 5 people went ahead again. You need to communicate with the patients. Also, I sat on hold for 22minutes trying to make an appointment. Horrible patient service. Horrible!"

"Got an x-ray for the first time and didn't really know what I was doing, yet the staff made it very easy for me and were very friendly, The service itself was very fast I walked in and spent about a half hour there for the entire visit. Would certainly recommend even though it's clearly a very busy place the staff do their jobs well from what I've seen."
