"Burger was salty.. this Wendy's can never get burger right.. informed clerk.. oh we don't add salt .. ok .. but please check my problem out.. I don't lie.. fries never Never hot at this location.. won't return.. you would think I would have realized by now that it ain't gonna change..sad day you can't get it right"

"Went through the drive through and ordered for myself and my wife. Got the food not 30 seconds after ordering. Wife's food came out fine but the 3 PLAIN double stacks I ordered were not in the bag. Told the window person and was told to pull to mobile order spot. 3 minutes later someone came out with a bag for me. It was 2 bacon double stacks, not what I ordered, but I'll deal with it but still missing 1 burger. Go inside to fix it and takes 15 minutes. Time in which I see a drive through window person putting food in bags with no gloves. Front register girl playing with her braids and handling food, and grill guy take off gloves and take off his hoodie and throw it on the counter up front and put on gloves without washing his hands and return to making food. The girl up front had asked him for my plain double stack and it took him a while to make it. I watch him make a double with ketchup and pickles and put it down up front for the front counter person. She asks if it's mine and I say no cause it's not plain. He got loud with the counter person and told her that was my burger. She told him it's supposed to be plain and I see him open in up and wipe off the ketchup with his hand and throw the pickles away. I then tell someone that looks like she may have been in charge and she went and made sure my burger was made right. Also was never given my receipt."

"Both times I visited the drinks were literally tasteless basically carbonated water, stale nuggets, cold fries, they forgot sauces, and were out of toys for the kids meal. The employee at the payment window did not speak a single word to me. I still have in app credits that I won’t be using because it’s too awful to go back"

"Made an order at the drive thru, had to wait about 10mins for the food. Got the food and drove literally 5mins home, once inside I opened the bag to find cold, dried out burgers and stale fries. I called the store and was told to bring it back. Once inside the manager started making comments about she didn't know how long I had the food because I couldn't produce a receipt, reason why....I didn't receive one. The manager proceeds to the the cook to drop fresh meat, all while I'm standing at the counter. The cook keeps staring at me, so I ask is their a problem....this man starts threatening me with violence, rushes to the counter as if he was going to attack me, the manager and another employee had to hold him back. I immediately called the police....they arrive and do NOTHING!!!! Although the store has video surveillance, the excuse I was given is the the manager cannot go back and pull the footage up, they have to call IT for that. Be careful at this Wendy's, management nor employees have respect for the customers and check your food before leaving, also make sure they give you a receipt."
