"Chloe was exceptional but not in a good way. Really rude. Does not need to be in the service industry. Ordered to go and not only was the order wrong but my coffee was only half full. I get leaving room for cream and sugar but half?? Come on. Do better Chloe. You missed out on a good tip."

"Only giving two stars cause place is nice and employees are super sweet. The food tho!! never again will I order to go. The positions are extremely small like smaller then what I would give my toddler. The just set the gravy cups in plastic containers which has holes in it so just a huge mess. They definitely need to do better with packaging the food. The plastic clear trays are not worth it. I can count on both hands how many fries we got for a entree meal. The sides like Mac and cheese was a quarter of the tiny go cup filled. My experience for take out was horrible Def. eat in when going here."

"Accidentally ordered from this Ihop instead of the one off of Davis. i ordered a waffle combo, hashbrowns, and a coffee. They forgot my coffee and hashbrowns. My waffle came undercooked, was broken and doughy and my hash browns are burnt and stale. I also ordered over easy eggs and eggs are hard and overcooked. If you're going to order on doordash or Uber for IHOP then make sure it's the one from Davis and not the one from Pace because they will mess up the order and barely cook your food right."

"I recently (the evening of October 4, 2023) visited the Pace IHOP and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. In the past, our experiences at this location have always been excellent, but this time was different. We have been here on several occasions for breakfast, and have always been treated well and the food has always been excellent. One of the main issues was that it seemed like they were understaffed. Our waitress appeared to be handling multiple tables on her own, which resulted in slower service and less attention to detail. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. There were various items on the floor such as straws, wrappers, and napkins, which made the place look unclean. Our server was great, She just seemed to have to do everything on her own. I must note that this was the first time we encountered these issues at this IHOP location, so I hope it was just an anomaly. However, based on this particular visit, I cannot give a positive review. I hope that the management addresses these concerns (again it look like staffing and is not indicative of how good our waitress was… She did all she could with what she had) and improves the overall experience for future customers."

"Went in on a Friday around 6pm with my 2 children. Only 2 other parties are seated and being served. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned off for us since half the restaurant already had the chairs stacked on the table. Food was horrible. Daughter got a southwest chicken bowl. Hash browns in it were stale, and the avocados on it were GREY. And it wasn't even served in a bowl, came on a plate. Son got a funny face pancake that looked as if it's been sitting out for hours. I don't know how this location is even still in business."
