"Whoever designed the new drive through should be fired. It takes 3 times as long for food and if you get your food before the 3 cars ahead of you, you have to wait even longer to get out of the drive-thru because it is impossible to get out of the line. The new system is a massive waste of money."
"The staff are always helpful and extremely friendly! Never a bad experience! Once in a blue moon they will forget something in the orders when you drive through so it's wise to check. Even wiser to just walk in and order your food to go. Every time something was missing they compensated me for the slight mistake."

"This was the first time I have been to Chick-fil-A in years, and I'll definitely be back. Food was as great as I remembered it and the service was phenomenal. Only issue was the "new" double lane drive up system. Food took a while to get to us even though vehicles all around us revived their orders. We ordered the basis chicken sandwich meals in hopes it would lessen the wait time. We did receive a "free chicken sandwich" card from then for the wait."
