McDonald's

"It's McDonald's. You get what you pay for. I know the workers try their best ("best") and we all know most of them are stoned. Let's be real. I worked at McDonalds many years ago and not a single worker DIDNT smoke pot. Bruh I swear half the time you order your food it's gonna come to you covered in ketchup and thrown together. Literally looking like they put the ingredients on the sandwiches from a height when I worked at McDonalds in 2015 we cared about quality. Yeah we were all stoned too but heck we never messed up an order and always had it out looking noice."

"It took 23 minutes to get an order with cold food and mocha instead of hot chocolate. I have issues with this lo action every time I go there. However, I do know that they are terribly understaffed and do the best that they can. The employees are great!"

"This is the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and that says a lot. They started by handing me the wrong order and when I told her she gets pissed and says give me your receipt even after I told her what I ordered. Then she is yelling at the cooks hurry up and must have told them that at least 5 times and when I get my order it wasn’t even correct. They didn’t have my fries and the sprite I ordered was water. The double cheeseburger looked like the picture when I took it out of the bag and my sons quarter pounder was the 2b and supposed to have bacon and didn’t have any and the burger was burnt and the fries were over cooked. The lady working the window I think was the manager so maybe they can train them better. This happened at 10:00pm on 03/07/23. I would recommend no one ever go to that McDonald’s."

"I get it. It's McDonald's. You're probably not going to get great service; Honestly, GOOD service is uncommon at this locale. You're not going to get great food. But these two women (and I use that term very loosely because they did not behave themselves in a professional manner whatsoever) are bound to work here FOREVER because I can't imagine any other place ever hiring them. They are rude for no reason, ignore their customers for no reason, and allowed a sweet young lady who was already OFF THE CLOCK to take my order because they couldn't be bothered. That isn't legal. Did you know they no longer wear name tags because they got so many complaints? Did you know they do not have a working phone number you can even call? I HATE leaving negative reviews but these two left me no choice. The girl at the window has braces and nasty finger nails. To whoever owns this location, read your reviews and take action before you have NO customers at all."

"I arrived at this location 12 PM and we waited an hour for our food. There were other people in the store, and drive through who had gotten their food before us when we arrived first. One guy had waited far too long and said that he was leaving and said that when his order came out that anyone could have it and left. The workers were very unorganized, there was a new worker and an older worker (woman) was using an inappropriate tone with him. In the pictures provided you can see the crowd of people waiting for their food. The older worker was yelling about the bun toaster and earlier yelled at a worker to put down the fry scooper. Before we had gotten our food we went up and overheard that they had made our food multiple times but we had never received it, so they were giving out our food to other people. Before we left a screaming match broke out with a worker and customer. I was in a rush and this is a “fast food restaurant”. Overall the whole experience was one of the worst that I have experienced in all McDonald’s restaurants. I get that it can be busy but I should not have waited an hour for my food. (Also look at the food it was crunchy and hard, and not the good crunchy) Last edit but one time I saw a roach in the bathroom."
