"We arrived at about 1130 on Christmas Eve. It was a tad busy typical lunch rush but nothing out of the ordinary. The hostess was extremely nice, but our server either was doing multiple things at once, or she just didn't enjoy mine or my sons company. The one or 2 interactions we did have we all negative until it came time to pay the bill. I still gave 15% tip, just wished the service was better. My burger wasn't great I could've looked past that with good service."

"I ordered pot roast online and picked it up. When I got home the plastic bag it was in was leaking liquid all over the floor. I opened it up to see this and a huge puddle of whatever this watery stuff is in the plastic bag. It was missing the crispy onion topping and there’s maybe one spoonful of veggies? The mashed potatoes taste like they’re the boxed powder kind. It was like a frozen dinner but worse for $19. I couldn’t even eat it. I called and the manager was very friendly and said he’d issue a refund but I don’t think I’ll be back. Update- I never received my refund."

"We live in Pensacola but travel to this Ruby Tuesday because we tend to get better service in Pace. I get just the salad bar and it's delicious but I feel it is overpriced. I barely can handle 2 plates, so I feel paying over $12 is too much. My husband's steak was pretty good, he got the NY strip. Kids are free on Friday which was a plus. The negatives... Server was triple sat by the hostess so it took her about 20 minutes to check back after the food was delivered. I overheard the very chatty hostesses complaining about more customers coming in the door. I don't know if they realize customers at the salad bar Can hear them! I had a filthy knife with food dried on the blade. Disgusting that the server who rolled that thought that was ok to give a guest. We will be back but management might want to let hostesses know to put a leash on their mouth and not complain about customers that are the reason that they have a job. And do random quality clean checks on the silverware."
