"I ordered the combo with two Tacos Supreme and a Mexican Pizza. I only ate 1/4 of the Mexican Pizza because it tasted very strongly of really rancid oil. The taste is still in my mouth half an hour later. I asked for the manager and I was very polite. I said I like giving compliments, but this time I couldn't, but that I just wanted to let them know, for their sake, so they could fix it so they don't lose customers. The manager looked unhappy, and just said "Okay, I'll see about changing it as soon as I can, ma'am." She could see that most of the Mexican Pizza was still on my tray, headed for the trash. I didn't ask for my money back, but she didn't offer, either, or even give a coupon to bring me back. I hate leaving negative reviews -- I'm all about complimenting workers and service people. But this was really bad."

"the past 4 or 5 times i’ve gotten food from here, there’s always something wrong with it. i’m either missing something or getting something completely different than what i ordered. on top of that, the multiple times i’ve gotten the chips and cheese or the nacho fries they’ve put them upside down in the bag which is absolutely ridiculous. it takes 2 seconds to put something in a bag upright. now, i work fast food so normally i wouldn’t cause a ruckus over mistakes because normally i would understand. but every single time i order? come on. what really pushed me over the edge to write this review is the taco i received. the taco itself was stale, hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. and on top of that there was literally no meat. we also ordered two volcano tacos and got one plain taco and didn’t even get the second one. it’s very obvious the workers here care very little about the quality of food they are serving."

"I really enjoyed the food. It was fresh, tasty and hot. While waiting for my order I reviewed some previous reviews and am dismayed why owners, or management, not do something about slow service? It seems to be the only complaint..... my order took 9 minutes and 50 seconds and there was only one person ahead of me. The parking lot is a mess. Potholes and patched potholes EVERYWHERE. My nice car bottomed out the front end pulling in to the lot, and also when leaving. THE PARKING LOT PAVEMENT IS HORRENDOUS AND REASON ENOUGH TO NEVER DRIVE MY CAR IN AGAIN. There are much nicer places in Pace."
