"I ordered a Chilli cheese coney foot long. Haven't had one in at least eist 7 years. This thing doesn't even taste real. They have changed so much the hot dog was a s big around as my pinky. Extremely cheap products to put this garbage together for the price almost 7 dollars.its says beef. Maybe a fart that came from the cow Got better at local gas station. No lie. Maybe in another 7 probly not."

"Consistently sub-mediocre Sonic Drive-In location. The wait times, either at a stall or in the drive-thru, range between slightly annoying and downright incomprehensible. My main consideration for visiting this restaurant is the convenience of proximity, but it turns out that it can be a quicker, cheaper, and tastier trip to drive further out and visit one of many other competitive fast food establishments nearby. There's a kind of off-taste with the hamburgers at this location that I'm not sure I can explain properly. Usually what I associate with Sonic is a crisp patty with a strong mustard twang. The burgers here tend more towards a spectrum of limp, thin, dry, yet greasy. When you consider how un-fresh the burgers usually taste, it's a wonder how it took so long for the restaurant staff to take them out of a drawer and slap them on a bun. I've come here on a few separate occasions for a Sonic Blast, but have had unfortunate luck under these circumstances at well- for a different reason. Sometimes the staff either imply a slightly different order or are deliberately mishearing me to make what I assume is a marginally easier to produce, similar item- I'm really not sure which. For example, I can order what I refer to as a "Reece's cup Blast" (omitting "peanut butter" entirely) and then receive a cup full of vanilla soft serve with some peanut butter sauce, no real "Blast" to speak of. Not only does this make little sense from a perspective of mishearing, but, if I recall correctly, it doesn't even qualify as a Blast, because there was no solid mix-in. It's not all bad. Their slushes are good enough. Just make sure you go at happy hour or you'll be paying quite a hefty sum for some syrupy ice slurry. If not for its walkability from many nearby homes and apartments, I have no doubt that this Sonic would be in dire straits and would actually have some fire beneath them to improve. As it stands, there are so many better places to get a quick meal."

"I ordered Chili Cheese fries along with a shake, and before receiving my order, I verified with the woman at the drive-thru that the fries would not contain onions. She assured me that the food would be onion-free. However, upon receiving the food and proceeding to eat, I noticed that there were onions present (as evidenced shown by the photo below). I circled back and kindly informed the lady that my order was incorrect and included onions. When I attempted to hand back the food, she made a stopping gesture and explained that she was unable to accept the returned food. She stated she would just remake my order. I then thanked her! Shortly a few seconds later another lady (A YOUNG KAREN) came to the window and rudely informed me that there was not onions on my fries! Despite her lack of verification, she jumped to the conclusion that I was being untruthful. In a rather impolite manner, she insisted that there were no onions. To demonstrate the truth, I politely retrieved the food and retrieved the onions, their potent aroma serving as evidence of their existence. I proceeded to show her the onions to support my statement. Annoyed, she retorted, "I'll make you some more." Swiftly, I informed her, "No thank you! Just give me a refund, please." Disrespectfully, she replied, "Well, it will take a few days for it to be returned to your account." Customer service at this restaurant needs more training on how to properly handle customer service. Considering the Google reviews and my personal encounter with this particular restaurant, it is evident that the owners should pay closer attention to the surveillance cameras. Additionally, they should provide employees with proper training on professionalism and etiquette in the workplace. Sadly, I have witnessed the downfall of many nice restaurants due to hiring individuals with lack of manners. @Bussiness owner…be proactive and not reactive. You’re business needs help!"

"It’s pretty bad when you and your fiancé pull up to drive through window and at the same time say are you ready for bad service…have decided not to do this the past two out of four times in the 2 years I have lived here, but this is ridiculous. They told us over the intercom to pull to the window to order…ok?….but weather may be the reason…So after waiting behind 2 cars to order and receive their food. It is our turn. My fiancé asked if they had the new pickle burger because they have no advertisements for it nor was it on the menu. He said yes, and a medium chocolate shake, he asked if it was a combo, yes and he wanted the fried pickle chips…the man said we can do them but something is wrong and all the breading comes off and they look ugly. So he got tater tots. I get a cheeseburger with bacon, no tomato. The man was so confused and told him I want everything just not the tomato, he said ok do I want ketchup and mustard I said yes. After about 9 minutes we get our order and left. We got home and the food worst than the service! First my fries were soo tough and chewy and had a taste I couldn’t think of what it was until My Fiancé was eating his One Fried Small Pickle cold pickle burger…his wimpy one pickle was freezer burnt. So our fries and pickle was freezer burnt, My burger that I said yes to mustard and ketchup too came with only mayo. The milk shakes were the only good part. I’ve lived here two years, I’ve gone five now times…first two I’ll even say that the staff was rude but I got milk shakes and they were good…. But the last three when we got food it’s been missing orders, cold and stale buns, frozen burnt fries and pickles…I think we might boycott them until we hear service is better and the food is fresh and not stale and freezer burnt."

"I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito combo with orange juice, no ice. I was told it was $8.56, I think, because I couldnt hear the person on the intercom. I was charged $10.58. I got ice in my drink. I got cheddar poppers. No hash browns. The eggs in my burrito clearly had been sitting in a warmer for hours. They were hard and dry. There's almost no meat. The person didn't great me or say thank you."
