"The food was terrible and the wait was long! I ordered the Steamer and it was full of brisket FAT! Not brisket but brisket fat! there were 5 or 6 girls working there and nobody knew how to make a decent sandwich! Tossed sandwich on counter and walked out! Worst Firehouse ever!"

"Oh my goodness you guys!! Firehouse new pulled BBQ Brisket on a Hawaiian Bread Roll, and a scoop of coleslaw on the top will knock your socks off!! I just had my very first one last night and I almost didn't want to eat it all so I would have some for later, BUT, sadly I couldn't stop myself from finishing every last bite. So damn good I nearly ate the wrapping paper and the to-go box. MMM MMMM MMMMMMM!! The best BBQ Brisket sandwich I have ever had, no bull. No exaggeration! Go try it and see for yourself, I dare you! They're half off every day after 6 pm when you order on the app!! The cut-off time is 8:30 pm, however, which I learned while I tried ordering at 8:35 only to discover that they stopped filling online orders 30 minutes prior to closing. Only fair. They have to shut everything down so they can get home, too!!"

"I'm aware that calling an order in is outdated. However the app doesn't allow for paying cash. I was put on hold for 6 minutes. I called back and asked not to be put on hold. But I was put in hold again for another 3 min. I went to the store and placed my order. After the order was in my hand I asked for the manager and told her I shouldn't have to wait almost 10 minutes to place an order. Manager didn't even allow me to complete my sentence. I was told not even kindly that it's company policy to not have people at the register wait. They had a customer with a very large order. Yet when I arrived at the store within 3 minutes of hanging up the phone(I was already in my car) the restaurant had one customer in the store. It was other wise empty. Therefore it took almost 10 min to place an order and 4 minutes to get said order out the door. Manager didn't even attempt an apology. Manager was bordering on rude with a grin on the face because manager was ready with an answer. Not to mention their were onions on a sandwich that was odered with no onions. The manager filled the order. Too bad I won't be back. Ill use my points at a different store then give up on Firehouse Subs. It's a shame 1 manager causes the lose of business like this. If I'd been treated nicely upon my complaint I could over look company policy for people who didn't even appear to be in the store. Sad because I used to enjoy their food."

"Overall the place was good. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I think this place is a bit over priced. $14.00 for a sub sandwich, soda and small bag of chips is a bit much. I give a 4 star review only because the meat on my New York steamer was not drained enough. It made the bread soggy and even caused a small puddle to form in the red basket. Other than that... All good."
