"Our experience has been phenomenal with Touchstone. We were called to get scheduled and the staff were prepared and advised me of my copay amount. When we arrived we got checked in and immediately pulled back. My daughter was very nervous for her arthogram. Dr. Bradley was very kind and spoke directly with her instead of only speaking to me. He reassured her and walked her through the process start to finish. He was friendly and instilled trust in both of us. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I have not been more impressed with staff and experience as I was today. I hope the staff realize they are making a huge impact on the people and community they are serving."
