"We had a major blockage with our kitchen sink over the holidays. I called John and heard on his voicemail that he was on vacation until 1/5 so I decided to hang up. Less than an hour later he called me back and asked if he had missed my call and if there was something he could help with! Who does that in this day and age? We made an appointment and John came as expected. After a quick assessment, he diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was so easy to work with and explained what he was doing with the appropriate level of detail as he went. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber."

"Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!"
