"Talked down to me and avoided my calls, but picked up and talked to my boyfriend. Asked repetitive questions like they didn’t believe me when I told them what was wrong with my car. They held on to it for multiple days without telling me if they had even looked at it, and then left it messy when I was able to pick it up. However, it was making a (new) weird noise when I picked it up that only stopped when I hit a pothole.. ?! The whole experience was unfavorable and I won’t be going back or recommending to any women. Plenty of other places will treat you and your car better."
