"I have a Kia optima. My car had a check engine light flashing. I was told they did a diagnostic test and he told me to go to KIA which was the thing I should have done in the first place. He supposedly did a diagnostic test but there’s no proof. He supposedly brought some parts but there’s no proof.He truly lacked professionalism and failed to communicate delays and that is my experience here. I wouldn’t use his service again. He’s pretty rude as well. He’s comment proves he’s rudeness. God bless him."
