"We had a last minute haircare need while on the north side of town and a Google search led me here. I didn't have high expectations since I had not heard of the store but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to shop here. It is a quaint and clean black-owned business. The staff members were polite and helpful. In terms of hair products, they had a decent variety of edge control, shampoos and hair oils. I noticed brand-names such as Mielle oil and Kaleidoscope hair oil with the same prices as other larger retailers, so the price points seemed very on point. I can hardly wait to visit again and wish I knew the names of the helpful and polite young man and woman working tonight."
"Looking for another place I found this beautifully, black owned, well organized, comforting and welcoming gem. Raphael (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong. I promise I mean no harm), thank you for being simply you. You made a memory for my little girl and that you didn't have to do. Extremely polite and helpful, customer service and support throughout the entire shopping experience. Smaller, more intimate beauty supply but they have a good selection. Now the only reason I didn't give that fifth star is because of the brands that I prefer you do carry but it's only one of the brands item. Now, I do understand supply and demand. "I saw this store in passing a couple of weeks ago and was excited to see a store close to me on this side of town. I stopped in today to pick up a couple of items and I was greeted by having the door opened for me by a very courteous young man. I then quickly saw that the business was black owned and operated. To top it off, one of the owner’s personally walked around with me to ensure that I found what I needed. There is a good variety of products at this store and the prices are not inflated! I will definitely be a frequent shopper at this store."
