"My boyfriend booked us a couples massage for 8/19/23 at 5:45. At 5pm they texted him asking if we could come at 7:30, he agreed but then about 5:30pm, they texted and said we could come on. I understand things can happen and time run behind, but they didn’t offer anything off for the inconvenience of the time changes. While getting the massages, the phone rung 3 times and the lady who was doing my bf massage, stopped on his and answered the phone accepting bookings and even went out the room once to check if a client left her card. She even left out at one point when the music turned off, he was given no additional time on his massage although she had done all of that. Some how she ended up finishing with him before the lady who was doing mine. I’ve gotten plenty of massages before and never received one like this. First off, the lady got on all fours and got on the table with me and got on my back, crawling on me to massage. Once she even stood in front of me and climbed on the table in front of my head. Aside from that, the entire time, i thought she was using a device to massage because it hurt so bad, but instead it was her elbow digging into my back. It is now 8/20/23 at 10:20am and i am still in pain. I slept with a heating pad on my back and it is still aching. I give this place a 2 out of 10. I went to get a massage to relax and it the complete opposite for the both of us. The only part that felt good to me was at the end when she pulled my leg & my back popped. Everything else hurt and felt like torture. My bf is a muscular guy so I know if it hurt him, they had to be doing something wrong!"

"I booked a couples massage here and I regretted it 5 mins into the massage! The masseuses conversed amongst each other and the one massaging me even answered her phone THREE times during the massage!!! She even went as far as to leave in the middle of the massage to handle a call.When she came back, we weren’t given extra time for her negligence or anything. Upon leaving, she offered us water as an icebreaker to then ask for a tip when the overall experience was a dissatisfying to say the least. 1/10. I can’t recommend."
