"Showed up at 3pm today (Sunday) to get 2 piercings. Was told needed birth certificate since mine and daughters last names didn't match. That's fine, so I drove back to Forsyth, 30 mins away, came back. When I walked in at 4pm, I was told they were closed. I mentioned online it says open until 6pm. And that I just drove another hour to get the birth certificate. All he said is I'm short staffed and alone here. There was one other person in the store. It wasn't crazy busy and knowing I just all the way back it would have been great to stay another 20 minutes to do the piercing. Or at least told when I was there the first time that he may close early. Waste of my time, gas and energy. Very unprofessional!!"
"I was a walk in for a small tattoo and had several different ideas as to what I wanted. We finally settled on something simple, and Bird recommended some gorgeous colors fading into one another to give the tattoo more interest. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. I will definitely be back when I want another tattoo, which will be soon. They guy who worked the front was very patient and helpful with my choosing of the size of my tattoo and design."
