"I was refused service today because "we are closing soon". I was there 12 minutes before closing time, and while I realize it was a close call, she told me it would take about 15 minutes for my haircut so literally it would keep her 5 minutes past closing with check-out and all. I guess this business is flourishing since employeesmake decision to turn away paying customers just because they are ready to go home. Lost revenue today and quite honestly, lost a customer forever. Will never come back."
