"I had bought a belt from a different lv that came with scratches on the buckle, I found out later that night when my family pointed it out to me. The next day I took it here to see what they could do since I liked the belt. I wanted to also buy a different belt too. I was told that its defective, and they cant do anything. So I called the other lv that I got the belt from and they are currently helping me send it back and get it refunded. The first manager I spoke with 10/24/23 at around 7ish pm at this Atlanta location didn't really care about my experience, they seemed very lazy. And they didn't want to help me out when I was trying to buy another belt. I just wanted the same belt that I got but without the scratches upon sale and I also wanted to get another belt as well. The lv advisor I spoke to over the phone assured me I would be refunded if I send my belt over to the other location. And they told me it would be okay to go ahead and buy the same belt so I went ahead and bought it again. I didn't buy any other belts but I would have if they would have just helped me out with my situation with their mistake in the first place. I will be updating this review according to how lv handles this issue and if they take responsibility to own up to their mistake, I will be sure to update this review and leave a good rating. After not being helped for this long, I just gave the lv store I bought the belt from their belt back and they still didn't refund me. Nobody followed up with me about it and I was never helped with the situation. So my initial review stands and remains strongly."

"The customer service at this location isn't all that great unfortunately. There is a morbidly obese Client Service Advisor named Diane. She has an absolutely terrible attitude. Maybe all that extra weight she has to carry keeps her with such a terrible attitude. I can imagine being miserable too if I was at such an unhealthy weight too. I guess it's to be expected that such an unhealthy person would be so rude and nasty to clients. Ijs..."

"The gentleman who assisted me with my purchase was very nice, but I especially loved the attention and exceptional treatment from a lady named, Jen (hope I spelled it right).
