"I took my Gucci Sports watch in for a battery replacement. Returned to pick up the watch and my band was ripped/sliced. I told them that it was not in that condition when I dropped it off; they acknowledged that the band was ripped during the battery replacement and told me to leave the watch and they would replace the band. Fast forward several months and three visits to the store to retrieve my watch, and was told each time that the watch was not ready and that they were having a difficult time locating a replacement band. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me that they would contact me when the watch was ready. Got a text last week saying to come pick up my watch. Went to the store to pick it up and my watch band was not fixed and my watch was completely destroyed. I was never rude and always patient; the customer service by the manager LaMara McKnight was horrendous and I was basically told too bad; I shouldn't have let them keep the watch so long. I paid them for a service; they destroyed my property and offered nothing to make up for their mistake. A small gesture would have been nice; but I guess that would have made too much sense. So, I will take legal action. I would not recommend this company to anyone; they don't deserve one star."

"Great service at a great price. Came in to have my fiance's ring resized. Went to Jared's first but walked away cause of poor service. Fast-Fix was nearby and ready to help at a moments notice. Got the ring back fitting perfectly and looking better than ever!"
"Excellent team and services. This is the only place that I bring my jewelry for repair or customization. The staff here is truly knowledgeable and honest. They have fair pricing and excellent service. I brought my Movado watch to have a custom diamond bezel installed. The team communicated with me throughout the entire process and I was truly speechless when they returned my watch. So happy I trusted them with my jewelry. They definitely have a customer for life.
