"Once it was my turn to enter the store I was addressed aggressively by an employee, who seemed to be aggravated, at work. Her name is Lindsay. I then in turn began to match the energy she was giving to me. At this point she became load and said she refused to help me and I would have to get at the back of the line. I already waited in line for 30 minutes, no way I'm getting back in it again, because you have a bad attitude and no knowledge about product availability. I was able to get help from Jackie and made my purchase, with no further issues. She even apologized for Lindsay's behavior. While I do understand that a lot of places are still facing employee shortages, having a piss poor attitude with customers is not acceptable...EVER! Especially if you are not willing to have your actions reciprocated."

"It's Pandora so there's not many options but I am only there for a bracelet and I have to say all of the bracelets options is slightly intimidating if you don't know exactly what you want. With that being said it would have been nice to have someone walk me through selections (Pretty sure you get commission so why not try to upsell me) but since that didn't happen I got the bracelet and 1 charm and went to a different location and bought three other charms. All I wanted was some help and I would have spent more money but when I don't feel valued I'm out. *Note for store leaders* Check your KPI differences between Arbor and Perimeter."
"About a month ago I went to this location to get my wife's jewelry cleaned for our vacation to Barbados. I was welcomed by Sara Smith....she was warm and welcoming. Sara went above and when it came to her customer service and I thank her for her diligence and she even assisted me with buying a charm because it symbolized our 20 year anniversary and my wife absolutely loved it!!!!! Thank you Sara you are a Gem at Pandora in Perimeter Mall"
