"Poor customer engagement and service. Me and my partner showed up right at the time they opened hoping to be able to acquire our bands. The young lady who welcomed us Friday morning was far from welcoming! I am normally not one to judge but she was not dressed for the job, she had on house slippers? So that right off the bat should have been a red flag for us. When we mentioned we were looking for matching bands she ushered us to the section and was far from engaging. There were no other customers in the store but us and one other older lady and 2 associates who were there. We asked to see a few other options and rather would scoff off to retrieve 1 or 2 potential matches and announce to us that these are all they had available. We just did not get a friendly welcoming and enjoyable vibe while shopping there. Which is rather off putting considering most couples who would walk into a jewelry shop requesting to shop for bands or rings means its for a very important memorable occasion. She certainly made it memorable for us as it drove us to bring our business elsewhere where we were able to get our bands selected and fitted where we happily paid cash for right away."
