I live out of town, but that wasn’t a problem for him. When the high quality diamonds within my budget came in Jonathan was able to text and email me all the information, pictures, and videos of the diamond and the setting options until it was the perfect engagement ring! The process was easy, fun, and I know I got a great deal and high quality ring. My fiancé can’t stop looking at it sparkle in every light! 10/10 highly recommend!"

We also visited a few other jewelers to shop around, but Lori’s attention to detail stood out from the rest. Since my fiancé resides in Atlanta and I reside in New York, I only met Lori once in person prior to our purchase. I really appreciated her prompt, detailed communication via phone and email. "ABSOLUTELY top notch experience! Sales Associate Lia made the process of buying an engagement ring feel 100% friendly and pressure-free. Lia took the time to walk us through their (thousands of) settings and then spent a long time showing us different diamonds, letting us understand the importance of color, clarity, etc. Our experience was SO good I had to put down a deposit on the spot.
