"CAUTION‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Only reason for putting a star is because there’s no other choice, other than that It’ll be 0. The purchase that was paid for wasn’t what I got, definitely fraudulent. I paid for 7ct Vs1 stones in a custom piece but the piece was flooded with all Si and I stones full of inclusions! Nor were they willing to refund me or replace. Here’s a few photos to prove. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE‼️‼️‼️‼️"
"I had no experience buying custom jewelry. I got a engagement ring created and had no clue what I was doing in the store. I randomly went in after I left another store. "Cash" walked me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Even when I thought I might have been asking a silly question, he remained professional and made sure everything was clear. I actually went in thinking I needed to spend more money and gave him what I thought was a decent budget. But after Cash explained the process and he understood what I was looking for, he made a recommendation to go with material that was a little cheaper in price point and still would give me all the things I wanted in the ring. I can appreciate that Cash didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell me something that I may not have needed. Even when I would text in the middle of the day asking random questions, he was always responsive and remained genuine throughout the whole process as if I had known him for years. Definitely will come back to "Cash" for her wedding band and my wedding band as well."
