"Ana was so helpful to me and my fiancé! We didn’t end up with a wedding band for him after our visit, but Ana gave many helpful suggestions to point us in the right direction (he has very unique taste). She also even offered to clean my ring, which I thought was especially kind. She was personable, and both my fiancé and I left feeling more confident in our future search for his wedding band."
"If I could give this place no stars I would! My fiancé and I went in on two different occasions and both felt the same vibe as if we didn’t belong or we couldn’t afford anything in the store. My fiancé said he was given looks upon entering the store. After he showed the person helping him what he was interested in he was pointed to rings of lesser value than the ring he was actually interested in. He had done a lot of research so he still ended up buying because he liked what he had already found. Later I went into the store to get my ring sized and at first the lady helping me acted as if she couldn’t find our information but later told me we didn’t purchase the warranty so we would have to pay over $100 to have the ring adjusted. That wasn’t my issue… she goes on to tell me that without the warranty that in a years time my ring would “turn yellow or that I would lose diamonds” and it wouldn’t be covered. Great way to back Jared’s products! The warranty was never offered to my fiancé upon purchasing the ring! It sucks that if you don’t look a certain way or if you aren’t a certain color you can’t get the same treatment or respect as other."
