Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. "Total turn around from last experience with Open Roads Service Department. I was greeted by Heath who checked me in and asked if I had other concerns, which I did. I was having such difficulty understanding the Truma system that we resorted to space heaters. After the tech installed a bathroom fan he brought the vehicle around and spent the time to show me how to clear an error message and restart the systems which then worked fine. Can’t see how the service experience could have been better. Way to go!"

"July 3, 2023, I picked up a new travel trailer that I had purchased a few days prior. After getting home I found an issue with the wiring harness and the next day found that the microwave would only work for 4 minutes and then it would shut down. The service department was advised of the issues and they were able to get my travel trailer in for service fairly quick. I was called every other day with updates on warranty claim information and parts order information. As soon as the parts arrived, they were installed and I was able to pick my travel trailer up. I had nothing but great customer service from Open Roads. I was well informed and kept up to date on what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend sales and service at Open Roads."
