"We did business with our local Pep Boys. Recently moving to the area 8 months ago, we didn't know the go to place. After researching, and asking around, I called this location. From start to finish James, the manager of this location, surpassed any other experience that I had in tire shopping. From the time that I called until the transaction was complete, everything was perfect!! And, the best value around. Thank you James!"

"The store manager James in Acworth GA and his team are some amazing guys!. Kind and courtesy of my time in getting my vehicles in and out in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed from oil changes to tire purchase. Very clear and informative to what my car needs are. James don't offer services that I really don't need. He listens to us as the customer and gives us options based upon our car needs. Thank you guys!!"

"I had probably the worst experience I could ever imagine here. I took my car in to be serviced and the guy there was nice enough but definitely gave me some attitude because I couldn't push my car up a steep hill by myself to get it in the upper parking lot. Then when I go to pay them for the service I received, they claimed they never got the payment. So I had to pay twice to even get my car back. So $2500 later I finally had my car and then the very next day it dies again. So I call to get my car back there so I can get them to fix it and immediately the associate started giving me a hard time and a massive attitude about the situation. He claimed it was my fault the car stopped working and it couldn't be something they did. I explained my current situation and how I couldn't afford to get my car towed because they had double charged me and he started raising his voice saying I never got double charged and that my wife confirmed that when she picked up my car (I literally sent her a screenshot to show that I had to pay twice). Then when they FINALLY fixed the car again, he tried to convince me that the part that was broken wasn't their fault even though it was the battery terminal (which was not cracked when they took out the old battery) and all of a sudden he was quite nice. Interesting how the attitude shook up when he was trying to convince me it wasn't something they did. I then had to take 9 days with corporate, being thrown around to various people, and given the run around constantly to finally get my money back. This has been completely awful and I would avoid Pep Boys at all costs. Even if it costs you more money to tow it somewhere else. Trust me."
