"BEWARE!!! A very bad experience from these guys in December as I took our two cars to get oil changes, which they started leaking within a few days and I had to return for them to tighten the filters & plugs correctly. Then one of cars allegedly had developed a valve cover leak, which makes no sense. I then took the car to another repair shop, and they first thought maybe some of Cannon's untrained staff had accidently knocked an oil line loose while changing the oil, but after looking at the engine they realized the valve cover gasket was leaking at a very high rate. At that point they were very suspicious of Canon as well. So, I got to pay an extra $220 on top of the cost of the two oil changes. BEWARE!!!"
"An hour and 15 minutes for emissions isn't what I would call "Express". Granted, I had to buy a new gas cap but the gentleman said they could sell me one. He failed to mention that they were having one delivered from Auto Zone. Communication could have been much better. Go elsewhere for emissions."
