"I have coming to this location for years. Everyone can have off days. However, the last several times I have been here have been horrible. It first started when I had to purchase new tires for tires that were not very old. It was discovered that all the times I took that vehicle there, thy were not rotating the tire even when specifically asked. I rotate 4 vehicles though there for oil changes and tire rotations. The time before today’s event, I marked a tire to make sure they were rotating the tires. When I picked it up , I specifically asked if it was done and they said yes. The tire I marked was in the same spot. When I went in they apologized and did it for free. Today my daughter went to have an oil change and tire rotation yet again it was not done. They are done stealing my money!!!"
