"My son was moving to the area to start school. His truck needed a few things done. They were very fast getting in, and fixing. The text system they use to notify updates is simple and easy. Lastly they were very nice on the phone, and answered all my questions right then. I recommend any parent with kids in the area to use this place to fix your kids cars, especially if you are not in the area. Can not thank them enough"

They are professional, provide detailed inspection reports with photos, and work quickly and efficiently to get you back on the road. If they quote you a job and it turns out it’s not needed when they start working, they remove the service and associated charge(s) immediately. This is a good and honest shop. They have my business for life."

"I took my Lexus RX350 to have a brake job done, of course it ended up having more work done which was very expensive. This was a year ago , brakes were no good they took the factory built Shem kit out and did not replace it , brakes were moving around had hot spots and noisy nothing to hold them in place.i took the car back of course they didn’t find anything wrong with it. The parts they used were cheap but charged me top dollar. Yes, they were nice and professional when I first took it but don’t have a problem then they change on you. I will never ever visit Christian Brothers of Acworth again.I do know there’s a warranty on brakes but not with them."

"I took my Crown Victoria P71 into Christian Brothers Acworth due to a faulty intake manifold. It was luckily under warranty so I had it redone. It was done with no charge to me. Scott worked with me and ensured that everything was taken care of. Due to a problem with my air filter they also replaced it and my MAF sensor and they only charged for the filter, which I am very appreciative of. Unfortunately there was a problem with the intake after it got re-done, so I brought it back in. With a quick inspection, no fuss and a commitment to making it right, they re-did it. From the 3-year warranty to the desire to make sure all is right, Christian Brothers has an excellent customer service and business model that all shops strive for, but rarely reach in practice. Though it’s difficult to deal with customers there’s so much money and stress on the line with car repair that it pays to operate the way they do. For that, CB has my respect. I’ve had some problems with CBA in the past pertaining to transmission fluid and my airbag, and I usually try to do maintenance myself (for better or worse haha) but this experience has renewed my faith. If you’re ever going to do it and be a little lazy like me sometimes, do yourself a favor and take yourself to Christian Brothers."
