"Tech sold me a set of wiper blades only to discover they were not in stock. Took him several minutes to get my original blade re-installed. I have two large oil spots on my driveway (and one at my office) from where the drain plug was not securely fastened. I expected more for $70. (Heading to a different location today to have plug tightened - hopefully they do better.)"

"Have been going to take five for several years now they normally are able to get you in and out very quickly. Had an outstanding customer service experience with a visiting training named Alex I believe he said he was from Florida. Amazing attitude, extremely positive work ethic, which was very refreshing in comparison to some of the other people he was constantly calling out Confirming and look genuinely happy doing his job I normally don’t ever leave reviews, but I definitely have to give this kid his props"

"The gentleman and young lady that provided were excellent. He guided me through all the choices available and answered all my questions. He performed all the checks that I had concerns about. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Good customer service qualities. I have never used your service. I left very impressed. Thanks for taking care of the oil change I needed."

"Went to get the oil changed in a 97 Jeep Cherokee. They broke off my oil pressure sensor and then denied it. Oil pressure light was not on before the oil change, it came on when i started the vehicle afterwards. They denied causing the damage and refused to pay for the damage or refund my oil change cost."

"This Take 5 (Acworth) damaged my oil plug and oil pan (on July 19, 2023). I started leaking oil everywhere. Had to get a whole new oil pan, and they are refusing to pay for the total repairs (and car rental). They offered me half, and that's not acceptable as this was 100% on them. The first picture is after the initial oil change. The second picture is after we took it back in, and they "fixed" the issue. Dumped 2.5 quarts of oil. The third is the actual damaged oil pan that had to be replaced. They mutalated it. If you look closely, you can see where they cross-threaded the plug.. Fourth is the oil plug they tried to use to suffice the huge hole they created after cross-threading the plug. Do NOT use Take 5! You will regret it"
