"I hate the entrance"
"STAY AWAY. advertises $700 rent but charges $200 worth of fees and these apartments are NOT worth $900-$1000 a month. maintenance will not fix anything requested online, if you call the front office you will be quickly moved off the phone and never called back. it took 2 months for me to get a mailbox key from another resident??? also don’t expect your apartment to be properly cleaned/ painted before you move in! It’s a disaster. Charges fees for Pest control that we’ve yet to receive, charges for trash that is overflowing and being carried around by stray animals in the neighborhood, charges for water, sewage, “storm water” and for your AC to flood your apartment! HUGE REGRET!"
"They don't fix nothing they will put in a work order saying they will get someone to come out to fix the problem and don't send anybody and sends you a email saying it was fixed when nobody came out. Apartments are raggedy next fixing bad! Rent lady getting your money not applying it to your rent so Please Please keep your receipt. They don't even deserve that one star I gave them."
"Very unorganized, drove all the way to Warner Robins for a tour just for no one to be there to show me the apartment very disappointment!"
