"Horrible staff they avoid to deal with the problems here so they're never in the office. There are roaches , water damage and electrical problems in this unit and we can't get anything fixed. I hate this place."
"I have lived here for 6 years. I have never been late paying my rent but every time I go on there page I see they are saying I owe a certain amount. Being a senior citizen this is extremely frustrating. I have shown proof that my rent is paid in full with no success. It's quiet and I love it here but the new people are making it very difficult. Loyal tenants should be treated better I think."
"The property is in poor condition. At the entrance, there are pot holes. apartment s need a lot of maintenance work done on the inside. There is a new property manager now. The rent went up and if you are late there is a 200.00 dollar late fee. First you need to fix what need to be fix before you decide to go up on the rent. Most of the tenants have moved our."
