"People are constantly braking into the mailboxes and residents are not receiving their mail. This is a serious issue that needs to be resolved immediately. I haven't received any mail in almost 2 weeks, and I was expecting some important documents with classified information. I spoke to the Postal service, and were told they mentioned everything to Management but no results. As a previous postal employee and military Veteran, this is disappointing. This is ridiculous! I will be contacting Corporate, along with the city if need be."

"Have lived here for a few years and sadly had to choose to end my lease in about a month due to the shape this complex is headed. The office staff is great I just think they are working with what they have. New ownership has not appeared to make the transition easy!! The mailboxes here are broken and have been for weeks!! People’s mail flying all across the lot and several people have had mail stolen including myself. And don’t get me started on the neighbors here!! If loud and ghetto is your style then you might like it here!! I would have recommended this property to everyone when I first moved in but sadly now I wouldn’t."

"terrible experience so far. after getting approved for the apartment I had an move-in date. Like a day or two before it was time for me to sign my lease and move in. I got a call saying that my apartment wasn’t ready but if I don’t sign the lease my rent would go up. I didn’t think that was fair bc it was their fault but ms Sabrina assured me that it was minor issues that could be fixed easily. After signing the lease “the minor issues” wasn’t fixed until like 2 weeks later after putting in multiple maintenance request. When I was putting in the request Ms. Sabrina would tell me I should have put it on my “move in checklist” but I never got the chance do one bc the apartment was never ready. Shortly after I started to get complaints from my neighbor that my kids was too loud, so she would constantly knock on my ceiling. I requested a unit change from ms Sabrina and Ms Michelle. I didn’t get a follow up. So I started looking for another place to stay when I asked how to terminate they gave me all these ridiculous fees to break the lease and number to missionary church to help pay the fees. I tried to call corporate to share my experience, never got a reply. I would not recommend."

"SABRINA is AMAZING!! I've been here since November 2021, and she has been wonderful since day one. She showed me the model unit and answered all of my questions she was very knowledgeable about the area, the property and the application process. She acknowledges me and my children every time she sees us, even when we're in the pool she would be so kind and offer my children popsicles, they love seeing her. She is so kind and genuine. I know prices are high and continues to fluctuate with different properties but when you have a leasing office staff that cares about the community it makes you want to stay. I love my apartment and i appreciate Sabrina for all that she does. She is a blessing to this community."
