"Nearly 30 people had their cars broken into this past weekend including myself. They need to put outside lights up and fix the gates so this can be avoided in the future."
"Look the place is nice, but what does that have to do with the car vandalism?! My daughter car, broken into twice. I want my daughter to move. Lease office is no help. They just want the rent."
"The Staff and area make it feel like home. It's definitely a place I'm happy to be and proud of. The grounds are kept up and maintenance is always kept up. If you're looking for a reasonable price with high price living this is the place to be."
"If it’s not flooding and water problems every single month , then it’s break ins and not being able to get maintenance in time to fix anything; you have to beg for pest control to come once every 6months , but you will get charged for it every single month and they will lie and say your home has been visited (I have cameras) even when it hasn’t been. I’ve watched this place steadily decline over the last two years. Management is dodgy and unresponsive , and loves to pass off accountability for the problems and problems property. Horrible experience, not a place I would recommend moving."
"Before reading the reviews, I inquired about vacant apartments and rental pricing. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from anyone. After reading the other reviews, I see that it is hard to get in touch with someone. I will just look elsewhere."
