"Lots of crime, avoid at all costs. February 19, 2024: No improvements made to the security of apartments. Still have residents walking around with pistols in their hands. January 19, 2024 update: 7+ cars were broken into overnight. License plate stolen on one. I’ve lived here for coming up on two years and have watched this place turn into an absolute nightmare. Car break-ins happen at least once a week (smash and grab), the front of building two was shot several times in December (bullet hole in the main gate, ask about it on your tour), and the whole place smells like weed at all hours. This apartment complex is trending downwards and there isn’t enough action being taken to fix it. Look elsewhere."

"Tim has been amazing taking care of our every need. Staying at this location has been amazing thus far. The one negative I would say is people do not pick up after their pets and a LOT of them let their dogs run freely without leashes even though the rules say to do so. I feel if the leash rule was a bit stricter this would be a 10/10."

"Please for your safety do not move here! REASONS TO NOT LIVE HERE -When there is a problem good luck having anyone come help - dog piss soaking in side yard - trash smell in hallway - pool always dirty (glass, twigs, plastic bags) say they clean it every morning… not true -car break ins - when there was a drive by shooting… took them days to notify the residents. - stolen mail - can hear everything from people above you - apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in, piss on the toilet seat There are so many more but these ones stick out. We lived at the lofts for over a year and had problem after problem. It always seemed to be something from cars getting broken into, bullet holes in the side of our apartment building, pool absolutely disgusting, smells in the hallways. For the amount of money you pay you are better off going somewhere else. The lofts talk about it being luxury but there is nothing luxury about it. We have just moved out and come to our surprise we got more add ons for moving out than told. We have looked at our previous bills and got over charged every time for water. After many many times trying to get ahold of them for questions on moving in to why our bill just had extra charges they suck at replying. I talked numerous time to jade to please talk to the property manager about our concerns billing wise. She was no help and came back at me with attitude. Did I hear from the property manager!? Not for a little over a week after calling and emailing. Go sum up my experience this place absolutely SUCKED. All the residents aren’t happy with the lofts and I don’t blame them. When you pay so much a month things should be getting done to make the lofts a better place to live. I am not one to write a review but don’t make the same mistake we did!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Your safety is not guaranteed. As much as each tenant pay for their rent… you would think this complex would have guaranteed surveillance inside and outside the buildings. However they do not. This is a gated complex with faulty safety systems. Cars area being broken into and the complex is stating there is nothing they can do about it. There is not one camera in the parking areas. For there to be gate codes enforced makes you wonder if there is an inside job on the break ins with the tenants vehicles."

"I have been living here for almost 3 years and aside from maintenance issues with the gate and amenities, this was a community that was nice to live in. Unfortunately, things have changed within the last year that have prompted me to move from the community. First and foremost, within 8 months, my car was broken into 4 different times. In total, we’ve had over 25 police reports for car break ins this year alone (broken windows, stolen items). Despite that 3 courtesy officers live in the community, since there are no cameras, it is likely that the issue will ever resolve and your car is subject to continuous break ins. I’d also like to note that most victims’ cars were locked yet people were still able to get into our cars. There are a few other issues with this property however the most noteworthy issue concerns their lack of security cameras and negligence to install them (many residents have requested this in the past but were denied). Altogether, I recommend finding a community that prioritizes the safety and security of residents."
