I can't thank Tony on the maintenance staff enough for his hard work and dedication to completing any assignment that is given to him even going behind the renovation team. "I’ve been living here a few years. I love it. It’s out the way and quiet.The ladies in the leasing office Ms.Marcia and Ms.Candice are the best , very professional, efficient ,polite and helpful. Maintenance team is good as well , always timely, quick , efficient and polite. And It’s near all the shopping centers so that’s a plus. Highly recommend this apartment complex."

"I have been living here just a few months, but I am enjoying every minute. I’ve needed to have my dishwasher repaired and a water leak repaired, both times maintenance showed up while I was still on the phone with Ms. Marcia in the front office. They were quick, efficient, and so polite. Ms. Marcia is such a great asset to this community. She is so sweet, she works with you on anything, and she remembers who you are. There are so many units here, so many residents, and each time I see her, she remembers me by name, as I’ve seen her do with other residents. It’s a very nice and quiet neighborhood and I am eager to still be here at least a few more years. Highly recommend this apartment complex!!"

"Slum lords, Tawanna at the front desk and her supervisor Beth from Asset Living are absolutely awful to their tenents. They refuse to fix things, are disrespectful, and if you complain they say you shouldn't live there. Keep emails and dont talk over the phone because they will try to lie on you about repairs, your lease, or what they said. Constant leaks, back door doesn't lock, outdated, and falling apart. Check out reviews dating back over 5 years ago and everyone's had the same problems with these people."

"I was helping my cousin who moved to town alone with all the moving process and we found a good place here. In the beginning we were very nervous because of all the bad reviews. However she liked one of the apartments so we started the process. I mentioned all of the bad experiences and complaints from former residents so that’s when we found out that the building has a totally new management. They answered all of our questions and were nice and professional during the whole process. It’s been a couple of months and so far so good. The new management is very helpful and the apartment was freshly renovated when my cousin moved in. No roaches or loud neighbours. I personally liked the pool area (maybe because I’m from Florida ☺️). Hopefully it works out!"
