Wembly at Overlook

"Wembly is a beautiful complex with an excellent on-site management and maintenance team, I mean best in my renting lifetime across 5 different complexes locally as well as in FL. Carmen, as on-site property Manager, has been here the 4+ years we lived at Wembly and she has always been a great and incredible help when presented with manageable issues we're having or even to serve as soft ears and a calming voice for those complicated issues that can even pop up between residents at times like all too common, but rare here noise complaints and the like. And this isn't just something I've seen personally, I've witnessed Carmen and her staff in its whole providing similar excellent service to my fellow residents on walks around the complex. I honestly couldn't recommend this apartment complex enough, between the great environment and for the absolute professionals and courteous agents representing Wembly at Overlook daily always being a joy to live with and work with on whatever issues pop up."

"The complex is always clean and everyone is always friendly. The apartments are spacious so it’s worth the money. The women in the office are very pleasant and will assist you with anything you need. I love living here. The only noise comes from a new construction project near the property so it’s very very loud. They work from 7am to at least 6/7pm Monday through Sunday."

"Lived here for slightly less than a year. My experience was generally wonderful apart from the parking situation. I think some residents have 2-3 cars and they happily hog all the available slots near the apartments without regard to their fellow tenants. This was a huge turn off. The management should consider assigning at least 1 car slot per apartment for the slots near the buildings. The management was generally very pleasant and easy to work with. I always felt welcomed whenever I went to the housing office. The apartments are very spacious and well laid out. The grounds are also well maintained. Beware of the traffic jam at peak hours just slightly off the apartment complex due to the nearby ACE school. Keep on the good work guys!"

"I lived here for 3 years while in school and could not have had a better experience. The community was always clean and everyone was polite. Maintenance was very quick, like two hours quick, and the leasing office ladies were exceptional. I was sad to leave Wembly but, when the time came, the leasing office could not have made the move out process any easier. Overall, the rent was a little more than most other places in Macon but the community really is worth it. 3 years, zero complaints. I’d recommend Wembly to anyone and, if I still lived in Macon, would move back in a heartbeat."
