"I had been searching for an apartment and called in due to the amount of questions I had. I was frustrated at the time because this was the fourth location I had spoken to. I knew that my attitude was bad by the time the representative answered the phone. Thank God, I spoke to Keikora. She was very patient and understanding despite my frustrating attitude. She answered every single question. She was very patient & very knowledgeable. People like Keikora are needed in this world. Thanks for your patience & amazing service."

"Despite the reviews I read I stopped into this apartment complex several times, unannounced and I must admit the customer service I received each time has been impeccable. I met the community manager Keikora and she made my decision easy! She showed me a couple of units and needless to say I appreciated her transparency and her attention to detail. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I felt no pressure or persuasion she checked off EVERY customer service box for me. I am looking forward to perhaps making this my new home! Kudos to you, Keikora!"

"The upkeep of building is quickly going down! When you ask Management about hiring a cleaning service, they always give an excuse. The safety is a big issue now. Resident cars are being vandalized. Resident has been told by management cameras are not working due storm damage. Gates are always open! The parking lot lighting is not good! Bibb Sheriff Department recommended complex needs to add more lighting. This list goes on and on. Rent is increasing but the building is not being properly managed! Northland we need to see some changes fast!"

"I’ve been a resident for 5 months! In that time, I have gained a little family in this community. I had to amend this review. As much as I loved this place I have to be honest about the problems we are facing. We have had over 30+ car break ins over the last few months with the most recent being 3 this morning. There are cameras that don’t work. It’s dark in the parking lot and in some areas on the property. Meth heads are rummaging through our dumpster and trash! Some residents are complaining of mold in some of the units. There is no on site security and the cell-gate security system is flawed at best. People get in and out like they want! It’s frustrating because the complex owners don’t want to acknowledge or assume responsibility. Residents are tired of paying astronomical rents and receiving lackluster responses and poor accommodations. We had a meeting tonight to discuss how we could make this community habitable. If you’re looking to move here - beware - everything that glitters ain’t gold."
