"I highly advise anyone considering these apartments to contact the local code enforcement office and ask about the frequency of reports on this apartment complex regarding broken locks, windows, black mold, flooding, pest infestations, and dilapidated roofs. I also highly advise anyone considering this complex to request an open records request from Macon PD at this address, for just a week of time, regarding drug busts, gun use, stalking, and harassment. SeeClickFix is a resource monitored by Macon-Bibb county, which tracks the open tickets in an area for ordinance breaks. Pictures are included, as well as comments from the reporter. If I had done any of the above things, I would not have moved my family into this complex. I also would have saved myself a lot of headache and sleepless nights."

"I have had water damage since moving in here. And a bathroom fan yet to be fixed because the apt above is still under construction. And last week I reported a leak and it has black mold invading our apt now. I don’t want to get sick. Don’t move here the lady who was here she is a good con. She sugar coated that things were being remodeled and that was a lie we now have many places leaking in apt. Don’t try to find a reason to move here I’m aggravated like!!!!!!!! They refuse to fix the water damage. Came through and it is still the same even after they tried to fix it. Didn’t work. Want to raise rent. And I’m getting more and more pests now. I’m infuriated. Water damage mold and more. Your POWER BILL WILL BE HUGE. COME HERE! Mine is 40$ very three days in summer."

"This complex was horrible! The unit that our young loved one had been placed in a few weeks prior needed to be closed down!! It was full of mold and rotted wood, wall frames, floor boards, cabinets, wood baseboards just to name a few. The ceilings through out the unit appeared to have water sitting on top of the outside roof just waiting for water to gush into the apartment. Roaches were so bad, especially in the kitchen area until my son went out and purchased roach spray and bombs for fumigation. I can't imagine anyone renting this type of dump to anyone rather young or old! Total disgusting! Even after spending a full day cleaning, it still didn't make a difference with this terrible place! Management needs to be ashamed of themselves to advertise one thing and rent something else!!"

"Love my apartment but my upstairs neighbors have no respect for working people!! Kids running around all night stomping at 2 and 3 in the morning is unacceptable!!! Even after going to management they still don’t care. We will be moving as soon as my lease is up!!! Me and my husband both work and don’t wanna be up all night after a long days work because someone can’t control their unruly kids!!!!"

"They have a very bad roach infestation in most apartments, the ceilings leak like your outside in a rainstorm, people fight in the open meadows while management sits in their fortress playing on their cell phones, management just instated a new rule where you have to pay $25 dollars a month to have a pet specifically dogs instead of just paying a 250 dollar pet fee overall for your duration at the apartment. The grounds are up kept horribly, specifically they upkeep the front and the rest is filthy with litter. Parking spots are not assigned which leads to people scratching your vehicle and you don't know or have an idea who did it. Management is very rude. Drug use on the property is very easy to suspect, you can literally smell weed everywhere and dealers sell to kids. Beware of this place"
