"Brittney the property manager was very kind and very knowledgeable of the units I viewed, it was a good feeling ,some apartment properties I viewed in the past the property manager was blunt and didn't seem to care ,but Brittney made me feel welcomed. I'm hoping this will be my next place I call home."

"Been here almost a year. Nothing is perfect, but every request I have had has been met. Maintenance gets busy but they handle the issue. I may have to go ask a second time but it's not a big problem. Property is clean. We have no major issues to report. Everyone minds their business."

"I want to start this review by saying that this is the worst experience that my family has had. When I first moved here, I noticed that I needed a new weather strip on my door. I could see daylight from all sides of my closed door. I put in a maintenance request and it was not completed at all. So, I put in another request. When maintenance came the second time, they did not do it correctly. You should not be able to see daylight from around the frame of the door. When I spoke with the property manager about my concerns, she advised that she would get it addressed. However, the door frame was never addressed by the management staff here. Each time I put in the request , I received notification that the request had been fulfilled, but it was not. The maintenance man was on YouTube trying to learn how to install a weather strip. He was unsuccessful, which is why it was not completed. I had to get one of my family members to purchase items and address the issue. Recently, I noticed that my ceiling was sagging in several areas throughout my apartment. I contacted the property manager in person to discuss my concerns of water damage and mold. I advised her that there were black areas near the AC vents and on the walls. She reassured me that they were going to handle it and check my unit for mold. When maintenance came, they only used tape and mud to seal the areas of my ceiling that were sagging and/or opening up. One week later, I noticed those areas have opened again which means that they have not addressed the issue of potential mold in my unit. Nor have they addressed the potential water leak that could be causing areas of my ceiling to sag or open up in several areas. I mentioned to the property manager my concerns of potential mold in my unit because I do have a small baby who has been exhibiting signs of respiratory illness. This shows a total disregard for the issues that I an having. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for the cost, space and level of mediocracy, you can do much better."
